【Feedback】◯◯◯has entered the party ETC - disable popup option hope!(*ﾟω｀人)

Hello. In case I am just a bad player and did not know this function does exist, I am sorry for the unnecessary post! In case there is no option to disable it, I wish to see the option added!! Thank you for reading.

I have been bothered with the Pop Up for a long time. It is about the popup
"◯◯◯has left the party"
"◯◯◯has initiated ready check"
"◯◯◯has joined the party"
"Countdown has been initiated 10 seconds" (by the time it hits 5 seconds the popup that blocks the countdown goes away and I miss the countdown.)

Since 24-man Chaotic Raid, this has become such a nuisance.
I am stuck with watching 23 notifications "◯◯◯Has left the party"
but eversince we left the instance, I was stuck with popup notification starting in Solution Nine from "Vote Abandonement has been initiated" the popup drags on-and-on...

I am asking for a system to please get rid of it, or make it a popup we can relocate.
Since sometimes it comes in handy, I wish it was an UI window we can move around.
It is set dead center and it has been bothering me quietly for a long time.
