Third Eye/Tengentsu

While playing the samurai there is one thing that keeps coming up that annoys me to no end, when you dodge an attack Third Eye/Tengentsu doesn't activate leaving you in a worse position than if you hadn't dodged. You should never dodge an attack and feel BAD for doing so, I propose that the effect should proc on registering an attack not receiving damage.

just use the move when raidwide damage is incoming?? That's the point of pretty much every dps defensive

I think they meant dodging a hit mechanically, not by stepping out telegraphs. Not something that happens much in big trials and whatnot, but a lot more in solo or deep dungeons for example.

like, lookaway mechanics or cutting off line of sight, pull-in/knockback effects without damage? Thought third eye'd activate from autos too, which you're gonna get hit by if you're playing solo

ohh right the accuracy-related stuff like for when you're fighting things lower level or blinded. Sorry, yeah that would make sense.
