Give Dragoon Keen Flurry back - Parry the Planet

Let me parry the planet again.
I used to love this move back in the day, pulling the entire Dungeon because the Tank is AFK and Parry every single one of them.

Dragoon (and Viper) are the only Melees without a personal defensive CD.

With the addition of Keener Flurry which is an increase to parry rate to 80%.
I don't wanna hear no "Dragoon has armour hurdagurda".
Reaper has the exact same stats as Dragoon yet has a shield and a raid regen.
I want Keen Flurry - case closed.

Show us Dragoons some love.

(and no, Life Surge does not qualify as a serious defensive cooldown. if you use it solemnly to heal then what are you doing, really)

Dragoon and Viper have more native HP and defenses than the others. Without even putting up a buff they will often survive things everyone else doesn't. And of course they have Second Wind + Bloodbath. Dragoon also has a heal on Life Surge, and Elusive Jump to assist kiting.

I just saw Keen Flurry as bloat. Especially since they aren't tanks so 99% of the time it's a waste.

More options is not a bad thing.
Wow has a ton of buttons like this that casual players don't press/worry about

Bad button bloat is things like energy drain on summoner

I don't see why not, I love Tengetsu on Samurai. It's part of the reason why I love the job so much. Other Melee classes lacking such a button is why I'm not a fan. That have been several times where I've only survived things because of Tengetsu.

A Parry Rate increase for DRG would be nice, I might even add a shield, flat heal, or a regen to it (One of those three, not all). I don't know why these skills get removed, they have plenty of usage. In perfect scenarios you shouldn't ever need them but nothing is ever perfect and there are gonna be times the Tank is afk or died for some reason and everything aggros onto you next.
