Where can i farm these? Google'd and saw you can get them from a faction leve, is that the only way?

Are you sure, i've been at this Kobold Encampment in La Nocea, the 47-49s and all i'm getting is Copperpieces, been here for about 2 hours now.

It's not "any", it's a speficic kobold type.

Electrum falls from the kobold thms/blms...the exact name escapes me.....its med something....

Also to add, if you host Aleport Hamlet Defense. With a 60k+ win, you get 3 pieces in provisioner loot everytime when it isn't an item or seal.
