Twitch Snowman Mount

This is just beyond stupid. Gatekeeping mounts behind Twitch rewards, where the F is the logic in that? Particularly since it's just a stupid recolor of an old mount that's already available on the Mogstation. I just don't see the reasoning behind this.

What do you get for doing the Starlight Celebration this year? Just a freaking Chocobo Barding, and a couple of Housing items, they could've put the mount among the in-game rewards, but no they're putting it behind a stupid streamer reward. That's just the dumbest shit ever!

They really need to stop with these type of exterior "rewards".

as you said it's just a recolor, they would get flak for reusing the snowman and called lazy lol
it's dumb, and if they wanted to keep it a twitch event I would've preferred what they did with the butterfinger mount so that you could earn it from watching someone stream rather than buying subscriptions or w/e it ended up being

I would understand if the Twitch campaign started when FRU was released because the world-first race but starting the campaign 2-weeks later? ಠ_ರೃ ~?

People sub anyway to streamers during this time. It was specifically chosen at a time when people would not be watching as often to boost sub/view count artificially.

It's optional. You don't need to own everything.
Honestly, I personally can't stand FFXIV streamers so I just accept I can't have this mount.

its 15 dollars for a holiday specific collab mount thats out of season 11 months out of the year. just skip it.

twitch rewards would be fine if it was watch time like with the chocopokurr a few months ago
but subs? hell no

Skipping this one.

It's nice that they chose to color it twitch purple to match, but it really takes away from the festive feel of the mount. I'll stick with the original one for the holiday season, thanks.
