For clarification, the lodestone officially indicates it does not drop from The Minstrel's Ballad: Sphene's Burden but that it does drop from the normal version.

Therefore, I don't think it is technically a bug, but more a suggestion because most TT cards that drop from trials also drop from their extreme versions yet this one does not.
