The first reports I got were around 11:45 AM EST that someone could not data center travel to Seraph. Seraph natives tried logging on and could not.

The first reports I got were around 11:45 AM EST that someone could not data center travel to Seraph. Seraph natives tried logging on and could not.
Never mind still down.
So it looks like Seraph natives can log in, but Seraph is still unavailable for world traveling.
OK world travel works now as of around 12:39 PM EST.
