Steps:
1. To isolate the issue, reduce all other audio channels (except master) to zero and set ambient audio to 100.
2. Listen for a brief crackling or popping sound that seems to happen more frequently while moving at higher speeds. The sound is also evident while standing still but not as frequent.
3. To fix the issue, reduce ambient audio to zero and return the other audio channels to an audible level. You will notice the crackling is gone. This should prove the issue is inherently the ambient audio channel itself.
4. Note - the issue is present whether using headphones, tv speakers, and is present on PC and PS5 as well. All troubleshooting steps such as changing output format, source, listening position, etc, have been taken.
