Not getting second chance points in Jeuno raid (Wondrous Tails)

I've been farming the raid Jeuno since last tuesday, and for some reason when there's a first timer player on my team it doesn't give me a second chance point for Wondrous Tails. I don't get the message at the beginning of the instance saying that someone's new and that I will gain a point at the end of the duty. I play on PS5.
