Is There a Way to Make "Expanded Hold Controls" Remain Visible?

As you can see in the photo (assuming I've done this correctly?), I have my Cross Hotbar as well as the WXHB (the Double Tap L2 / R2 bars) visible with skills slotted in.

My question is, is it possible to have your "Expanded Hold Control" hotbars (the ones accessed by pressing and holding L2+R2 or R2+L2) remain visible on your screen, or, have their UI toggled on to appear at all times like the others as opposed to ONLY when you are actively trying to access the Expanded Hold Controls?

In short, I find using the Expanded Hold Controls to feel MUCH more natural for me, and I find they feel like they flow better. I feel like using the double tap to access the WXHB feels clunky and I'm personally not a fan of it.

The only "workaround" I've found is to simply make the Expanded Hold Controls have the exact same skills slotted in the exact same face/directional buttons as the WXHB bar, but obviously, that ends up being a waste of sixteen hotbar slots that could be better put to use with different things there.

At risk of repetition because people have misunderstood my asking about this multiple times, I am NOT asking about the WXHB, I know this can be toggled to be always visible, which I have already done. I want to do the same for the Expanded Hold Controls.

I don't believe there is a way to make them always visible. What I have done with mine is placed standard Mouse & Keyboard hotbars underneath my controller Cross Hotbar and inserted the skills so that I can still see cooldowns, procs etc on the icons. You can also modify their shape to be a straight line or to something more rectangular shaped if you want to Mimic the positioning of the skills.

Man, that's incredibly disappointing. I thought so from the like, hours I spent tinkering with it, but I figured maaaaaaaybe someone smarter than I would have something figured out. With how robust and moldable the UI in FFXIV is the lack of an option to have a set of always on display Expanded Hold Controls feels like such a random oversight.
