L100 Duty Roulette locked?

Hi guys, ive completed the 3 L100 duties a few times now (Alexandria, Tender Valley, Strayborough Deadwalk) but for some reason in my duty list the Expert is locked and just says:

"Completion of the following:
???"

Any ideas?

Need to do the new lv100 dungeon that was released I. 7.1 by doing MSQ.

New dungeon released on Tuesday. This issue will continue until you return to Tuliyollal and complete the new MSQ.
