Just started on MCH, and I find this really weird. Rook Overdrive eats up a hotbar space for no reason IMO. It works very similarly to Wildfire in that you can end it early via another ability, but for Wildfire, Detonator maps onto the same hotbar space like some of the newer combo actions do. But Rook Overdive doesn't do this, wasting a spot on the bar.
Minor complaint but I don't get why it's like this.
As a MCH main I wholeheartedly agree.
Square's numerous efforts at reducing button bloat and yet Queen/Rook Overdrive has of yet never been consolidated is insane to me.
Y'know what, yeah it should. But I gotta be salty for a bit because it feels like they don't value phys ranged feed back, or phys ranged jobs or phys ranged players. There are a lot of phys ranged changes that should have happened, but haven't, and getting any kind of changes is like pulling teeth.
PLEASE STOP IGNORING PHYS RANGED PLAYERS, AND THEIR FEEDBACK!!!
