About 7.1's new Alliance Raid

I don't know where else to put this but I am rather frustrated by the new AR.

For context, I am profoundly deaf and thus rely on visual cues for mechanics, which up until now (to my knowledge) have all be visually distinct. Riiiiiiiiiight up until the first boss in the new AR.

I have been informed that there is a mechanic that I've been missing out on that has ONLY an audio cue with no visual cue to go with it.

Being deaf, this... doesn't exactly bode well for me and for others that may be hard of hearing or similar.

I hope this is addressed sooner rather than later.

Which mechanic?

I have an idiosyncratic pastime of trying to find the shape vs. color vs. sound(?) cues for various mechanics.

I do seem to recall that there is one mechanic with the first boss that if you can't hear voice lines, then you can watch the chat log.

Prishe has a few attacks that vary in intensity based on the number of times she says "Wait for it..." You don't need to be able to hear the audio to know how long she charges the attack, just count the number of times her dialog pops up in the middle of the screen or in the chat log.

Every time she says "wait for it" she also visibly winds up (moves her fist in a circle).

This is fairly easy to see during the concentric circles attack, but not as easy to see during the launching away attack, since you're probably looking away from her to make sure you're going to land on the platform.

Does the audio cue not show up well on the audio visualizer?
/systemconfig > Accessibility > Enable visual alerts

It's literally in the log

yeah, just count the number of "wait for it" in the chat log
its much easier than paying attention to her animation or sounds
