Issue for controller users when using DC travel while on the Materia DC

Steps:
1. Travel to Materia DC and attempt to switch Data Centers from the Data Center screen while using a controller/gamepad


Using a PS5 dual sense controller


It appears that there is an issue with changing data centers while currently on the Materia Data Center while using a gamepad. I tried changing DCs the normal way, from the Data Center screen and it will not let me select any other DC while using a gamepad. I was able to change the DC by using a mouse, or selecting "World" from the character select menu. Pressing the confirm button on the Data Center screen to select another DC doesn't work at all, nothing happens.
