Decrease the level of the PLD Gap closer from 74 to 51 or 61

I don't see why a PLD should get the gap closer so late.
[EDIT] It's 66 now.

i agree, even DPS get gap closers before then

awhile we are at it reduce dragoon and ninja AOE too why do they have to wait till lvl 40 when most get aoe before lvl 20

DRG are at a disadvantage with gettin AOEs so late, yeah.

They just did today with 7.1 patch.
Intervene is now unlocked at Lv.66
