7.1 Patch Update - Chat window too small to read

I logged in this morning after the 7.1 patch update and the entire UI was tiny because of my graphics. I've been able to scale up the UI to 150% to make things easier to see but I can't increase the size of the chat window! The font has been increased to 14pt but every option I've looked at in the system, character, HUD, or chat settings haven't worked.

Does anyone know how I can fix this as it's raid day so the chat window is important!

Please try the following:
- Switch between Fullscreen and Borderless Windowed modes to see if it affects the issue.
- Please try adjusting/lowering the resolution.
- Please try running the game as an administrator.

Disable Full Screen Optimizations. To disable this, please find the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" and right click it and select properties. Then under the compatibility tab there will be a check box labeled "Disable Full Screen Optimizations". Check it and click apply.

Open the Nvidia Control Panel and going to 'Manage 3D Settings'. From here, select 'Program Settings' and select Final Fantasy XIV. You should see an option to select the GPU. Make sure it's set to your dedicated graphics card (it may be set to 'Auto' by default)

The window itself can be increased in size if you drag the little transparent arrow in the upper right corner of the window.

And if you want the font size bigger, be sure you're on the right setting for that.
Each tab has it's own.
