Known Issues Following the Release of Patch 7.1 (Nov. 12)

We have identified the issues listed below.

The issues are being investigated and addressed, and additional information will follow as the situation develops.

[Current Known Issues]
- When selecting "DATA CENTER" from the Start screen upon loading the game, you may be unable to select a data center.

*You can select a different data center from the "World Selection" section of the Character Selection screen and selecting "Data Center". As such, if you experience this issue before a fix is implemented, please go through the Character Selection screen to access a different data center.

*You can also use these other methods to select a data center. (Updated: Nov. 13, 2024 11:30 p.m. PST / Nov. 14, 2024 7:30 GMT |18:30 AEDT)
　・On the gamepad, enable virtual mouse then use the mouse pointer to click and select the data center. For instructions on how to set up/use the virtual mouse, please see the link below:

　・Use a mouse to click and select the data center. (*You can use a mouse on the PlayStation®5/PlayStation®4/Xbox Series X|S by connecting any compatible USB or Bluetooth mouse.)
　・If you are on a PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®4, use the touchpad on the DUALSHOCK 4/DualSense controller to control the mouse pointer, then single-tap to click and select the data center.
