Class Icons Hard to Read At Small Sizes

The class/job icons can be difficult to read with all the shading and beveling if you shrink that segment of the UI too much. I actually had not noticed the class icons are even present on the Alliance 1 and 2 UI elements because I had shrunk them to a reasonable size given that the only thing I generally ever need to know are if the healer party slots are both dead; otherwise, it's not my party and not my problem.

I would like simplified job icons available for the marketboard filters and UI elements. I play on console with a TV ten feet away from me; the detailed shading blurs the entire icon.
