Possible Wondrous Tails bug?

Really curious if I'm not the only one who has experienced this, but This is like the 7th week in a row where my requested activities in the book have been the exact same 16 activities. I thought Khloe was supposed to provide us some variety.

I am on PC, via the Steam version
I have only been off my home world while grabbing a new book once in all of these instances of it happening.
The stickers appear to still be random, it is only the requested activities that are not being random as intended.
There is a lot of available content in the game, so for it to not request different activities each week feels like something that's not intended, especially when beforehand, it was being completely random with the requested activities.
By same activities, I literally mean it's requested the same 4 levels of dungeons, same 2 alliance raids, same 3 normal raids, and same 5 extreme trials, 7 weeks in a row.

To be more specific, it appears to be locked to level 60 dungeons, level 61-69 dungeons, level 91-99 dungeons, level 100 dungeons, Void Ark and Ivalice for the alliance raids, Final Coils, Eden's Promise and p11/p12 for the normal raids, and Thordan EX, Nidhogg EX, Lakshmi EX, Diamond Weapon EX and Zodiark EX for the extreme trials. I would just like to see the variety returned.

I also sent a bug report for this via the support desk but no idea if that's actually what gets used for bug reports since this is like my first time reporting one.
