Spooky PvP Week -- 7 days of PvP with 5 different communities!

Gooood morning it's time for your weekly PvP shilling. Revival PvP is hosting a week of Halloween themed PvP events from Oct 21st -> 27th! Every event on Friday is going to be part of a charity stream for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals!

If you want to get into PvP during the content drought, these are the 5 best communities to join: Revival, PvPrimal, Dynamis Talks, Violent Harlots, and PvPrincesses!

If the Princesses make the top 5 PvP communities, we're in worse trouble than I thought.

Consistent schedule, great turnout, good pool of highly skilled and flexible players.

Plus the two people who run it are absolute sweethearts. Love this community.

Malicious vote-kicking and open discussions of how to best disrupt the broader community and "set Reddit on fire" through single-job Q-synchs grief me.

That said I hope you raise plenty of money for the ASPCA - it's a great cause. And given you're using it as a hook for participation, I look forward to learning here how much you raise.

I didn't realize that there were more PvP groups other than Revival and the old PvPassia. Times has changed indeed.

Yeah honestly, Endwalker was so good for PvP. With CC having an honest to god tournament scene, there's a lot more specialized discord servers and team specific ones.

Gonna promote this community until they shut the servers off tbh

Let me give you credit for the note contained in the above link:

"Time to salt the earth and inflict hysteria on your enemies! During these q-sync events, player language settings are usually altered on top of the usual time call to diminish the risk of disrupting regular Frontline queues and roulettes."

The Princesses have traditionally not bothered with language filtering, and members have been toxic to those suggesting they follow this universally-accepted convention.

Do you see the problem?

The "good vibes and giggles" you mention are malicious cackles at those outsiders inconvenienced by their ghastly events.

Mini queue syncs, which don't use an off-language for filtering, generally due to not having 72 players, have been a thing for years. I don't see the problem at all actually, and it's a really weird hill to call someone a griefer on. How dare people want to... pvp as a community? Play Frontlines for more than a daily roulette? Uh huh.
