I tried it, but I found it hard to get into. They're too adorable, it takes me right out of any of the story's attempts to be serious or dark or dramatic. It's just too jarring for me.
Then again, I've never been fond of playing the smol races. I couldn't stand playing a gnome or goblin on WoW for long either. So it might just be a me thing.
Being a lalafell actually makes it easier to fit into those super tiny safe spots since you can see your hitbox more clearly.
guess its a mixture between that and everything looks like it could be a threat due to size, I mean even ladybugs are same or bigger than you and sometimes i want to go through an entire playthrough in first person view on lalafell just to have fun, honestly would be cool if we had a Perm-first person option so its always 1st person even in cutscenes
During my free trial days, I played as a Lalafell.
It was a lot of fun, and I received plenty of head pats (which I definitely miss), but I hated having to look up at everyone. That, and I wanted to wear sexier glams, and that's a definite no-go as a Lalafell.
I do miss being a lil' potat sometimes...
Lala's just master race.
Took 120+ Fantasias and still being Lala in the end. I'm totally with U :D
Always a lala, always a tarutaru in 11. I've tried being other races but switch back within the hour.
Only downside, its harder to get a good glam going without looking sus.
I have also created a Lalafel alt. But after 2,5 levels, the voices in my head forced me to delete it. So i created an Elf alt and everything is fine now. So no, it is not addictive, sorry.
Cheers

But only one correct one.
