Accessibility request and 2 QOL requests

I play the game, and am visually impaired, and have been really happy with all of the accessibility options in the UI. They have made playing possible and enjoyable, although there remains one thing that consistently makes me sad. There are a lot of NPC's who carry on conversations in the background using chat bubbles. A lot of that text enriches the world you're playing in, however, I don't get to enjoy it because the text in those bubbles is too small and there isn't an option to resize them.

I would love to have the option be able to make those chat bubbles larger and have larger text.

Next request: When a duty comes up, you cannot join it until you have manually switched jobs to the job you queued in. An option to "Switch and join" would be very beneficial.

Last Request: If there could be a way to auto update your portrait from the gear selection plate of the character sheet, it would reduce a lot of frustration with portraits.

The issue with auto updating portraits is that the resulting picture may be inappropriate after the gear change. Having a button that brings you directly to the portrait however would be nice.

To mitigate portrait breaking attach a glamour plate to the gear set.

I think the likelihood of that occurring is far, far less than the rate of "Portrait does not match", although a "preview and update" button on your character screen would work as well.
