Incorrect Tells/Buff Order on Neyoozoteel

Neyoozoteel for sure and possibly Ihnuxokiy will display their buffs out of order.

Frequency: Unknown - seems to be somewhat random and possibly ping/snapshot based.

Steps:
1. While fighting wait for Neyoozoteel to do the mechanic that predicts the directions they will face, or for Ihnuxokiy to do his ability that causes you to run in a random direction.
2. Attempt to resolve the mechanic normally.
3. Usually it's fine, but sometimes the events occur out of order.

To clarify what I mean by this, as an example: Neyoozoteel gets a buff in the order "Left" "Right" "Back". In this example, he would turn left to attack, then turn right to attack, then turn around to attack. This would make his right side safe at the end of his mechanics.

However, he will do them in a different order and end up one-shotting everyone who did the mechanic properly. I have seen this happen like a dozen times while jumping around for "S Day" after maintenances.

In the case of Ihnuxokiy, I've only had it happen once - I got a forced march that showed "Left" first, followed by "Back". Once the mechanic started, I started walking backwards instead of left. I'm not 100% on this one as I may have just mis-read them or perhaps this was even intended so you should look at the debuff timer instead of the order.
