Monk or BLM?

I am currently 32 monk but getting bored and I never get party invites. Which of the 2 is better BLM or Monk? I am Lalafell also.

It is situational. Unfortunately a lot of people tend to be lazy and just stack blm. Melee DD can be better as long as you are geared correctly and know what you're doing.

also, getting party have nothing to do with either mnk or blm

To get parties? BLM

Level both, you wont regret it. If you're still bored, level archer. BLM and MNK both may cross class skills from archer.

TBH level everything. Theyre all connected, there is really no way around it imho.

I think he is referring to the fact that most groups (PUG) see mnk as useless and tend to be left out of parties..

1)Level your thm to L34 to get Fire n Fira

2)Equip it into any class you want to level

3)JOin Fire party or form one

4)Tank pull, everyone just fire fira fire fira to kill all mob till L50

5)Repeat till all L50

gear dont mean too much unless your lazy to buy gear within you level range. knowing what you doing is priceless. been in plenty of partys boss fight with super geared people and couldent get a win.

It's not your job, too many people just PL through those levels, those that think monk is useless in pug exp parties are brainless sheep.
