"Actions & Traits" Screen Missing Actions and Traits

A noob question: When I hit level 100 on my Archer/Bard, the chat line told me I'd gained Radiant Encore. I'd seen it and all other actions at all character levels previously when browsing actions to place on my hot bars. I opened the "Actions & Traits" window immediately after dinging 100, but NONE of the actions and traits I'd previously seen there displayed. I got just one generic screen that has little or nothing to do with the individual actions previously displayed.

I have no idea why the "normal" Actions & Traits screen is gone. I can no longer refer to it for information or use. Is this intended? Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Are you an archer or a bard because that distinction is extremely important here

In Actions & Traits, there are multiple categories:

• Actions (all your actions)
• Role (role actions that apply to all classes of your role)
• Traits (think of them as buffs mostly, or mechanics that influence how your abilities function)
• Performance (for bard music)
• Orders (for chocobos)
• General (these are general actions, available to all classes)

Within the Actions category, there is a button at the bottom-right to switch the display mode. One of the display modes just lists all actions (including ones you don't use at higher levels), while the other displays only the most upgraded version and shows what they combo to, to make it simpler to understand.

I'm an idiot. I went back to look for the display toggle, and realized I'd previously moved the window to the left so far that a third of it wasn't visible. It's now back to normal. Thanks for the detailed reply, sorry for wasting everyone's time.

Don't worry about it - folks around here are glad to help, anyway! (And someone in the future who might be helped by this advice could see these responses through a search and get the support they were needed.)
