Status Info/Chat Log Entry Needs Dark Background Toggles

With how, well, *bright* parts of Dawntrail are I think it's highlighting a problem the game has had for some time.

In plenty of areas the Status Info timers and the Chat Log entry section are exceedingly hard to see because the timers/text just blend in with the background of wherever you are.

There's already an option to toggle the opacity of the box of already sent text for the Chat Log but for some reason the entry bar does no match the opacity of the chat history at all.

As far as I'm aware, there's no option at all to add a dark background behind Status Info icons/timers to make them more visible. They are completely unreadable in some instances!
