dialog box / text box

I tried searching the forum but did not find a lot about dialog boxes.

is there any plan to add an option to choose a theme for the dialog box?
like when I'm reading the story cutscenes I would love to choose a theme like in other parts of the UI.

especially when I'm playing at night sometimes I turn off the lights and don't want that bright box I'm my face every time I try to enjoy the story. :confused::confused:

Well you really aren't suppose to watch tv with the lights off for long periods of time but I do like the customization of dialog boxes.
