Steps:
1. Step closer to the lamp - light becomes harsh and sharp
2. Step away from the lamp
3. Turn camera - light becomes softer
4. Walk around house to see lights flickering

Left image shows the harsh/sharp lighting and the right image shows the soft lighting. I believe the harsh/sharp lighting to be a bug since the soft lighting was how lamps worked before Dawntrail.
