What I want from content like bozja

this is just an imagination of a content that broke the FFXIV roles to try new things,

Bozja-like content BUT removing the constrains that current encounter design forces it,

• CC is a thing and jobs have different type of CC (stun/fear/root/knock-up/knockback) that can work vs any kind of mob even bosses
• role switching for all jobs at least 1 more role
  this could be monk to tank, dark knight to dps, bard as a healer
• open world map bigger than ever
• PvE duels 1vs1 or 2vs1
• bosses act randomly like they act as their own with no need to watch actual guide to know mechanic.

What I want:

Something else than boring fate grinding and mind numbing tasks that Bozja and Eureka were riddled with.

What I expect we'll get

More FATEs than ever, rebranded into the successor of Critical Engagements and whatnot. Same old same new, SE has yet to show any capacity into actually creating new systems instead of recycling the base, boring overworld lego set of the game engine.
Which makes me hope that if that's what we're going to get, then I can be done with it as fast as possible by just strolling through the story, which Bozja... provided to some extent.

I'd love a zone that changes and feels like it's alive because of player progress. Something like the Drizzlewood Coast in Guild Wars 2.*

Unfortunately I doubt that would ever happen because once the zone is no longer current, it'll turn into dead content like Wintergrasp did once Cataclysm dropped.

*For anyone who doesn't know, the zone progresses a civil war within a major faction of the game. Players have to do events to push from one end of the zone to the other, capturing checkpoints, towns, and other infrastructure along the way with lots of open world boss fights.
