1. The combo actions Wheeling Thrust and Fang and Claw are always accessible now, even when not proc'd as part of the combo. Was this intentional? It is particularly confusing when playing sub-level-70 content, where only one or the other is supposed to finish the combo (and not both) because we can hit both and just lose the combo.
