Odd stutter

** PLEASE STOP CLOSING THIS TICKET - BUG REPORTS TELL ME TO GO TO TECH SUPPORT **

The game has been stuttering for thousands of players since the launch of 7.0. There is a bug in the game.. is SE aware of this? None of the prior troubleshooting tips do anything to fix this.

Discord, reddit, steam, and the forums here have multiple threads pop up and disappear when talking about it. This was the last reply before tech support closed the issue on me, again, telling me to go to Bug reports, when bug reports tells me to go to tech support.

IS SE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND WORKING ON IT?

Last night's patch did not fix the stutter issues. SE, please acknowledge you're working on this problem. There are countless posts here that keep popping up about this that keep getting "archived".

The fact that SE hasn't acknowledged this stutter after thousands of players have been complaining about it is the worst part of the whole thing.

SE can I get a reply? Are you aware of the issue and working on it?

I have also been getting completely random game freezing for about 3-5 seconds (can still move mouse and hear audio) on top of occasional stutters. Have not had any issues until recently.

SE seems content to not respond to this issue despite all the people complaining here. All they do is continually close the ticket and tell us to submit a bug report, but bug report says to submit a tech support ticket here lol.

It’s ridiculous they are t addressing this. It’s been since what… June??

Same thing happening here. I can move around fine but the NCP/Play chars are stuttering. Started for me on 9/7/2024. There is no fix client side it seems for this. Its all over reddit too. They need to respond and tell us when to expect a fix. It is getting worse by the day the game is not playable at this point.

This is the ticket of mine they haven’t archived yet, but they don’t seem interested in responding.
