Cascadier for Life title not working?

They other day I earned the Cascadier for Life achievement which I thought unlocked a title. I checked again today and I still can't even click on my titles button, as you can see in this screenshot.

Am I missing something? Why can't I use the title?

You need to talk to the corresponding NPC for the seasonal events catagory. Check under the achievements.
