error 2002 and 90002 multiple times in under 2 hours (Dynamis)

Just as the title says, I got maybe a cumulative hour of play. Couldn't even get through dailies. Only in the Alexandria dungeon did another player seem to have issues with lag, but that was the extent of their problems. In that dungeon alone I got booted 3 times, inputs either didn't go through at all before I got kicked, or took 4-5 seconds before updating, other players stutter-stepping all over my screen, got hit by mechanics I should've been safe for, etc... At first I thought it was another DDOS but there were too many people having no issue at all for that to be credible. Reading through the forums, discord, and reddit it seems I'm not the only one and it hasn't just been tonight. Can anyone shed some light on what's going on? I've given up on being able to wind down in game tonight after work. Kinda blows not gonna lie.

PS: The only time I usually EVER run into this issue is during DDOS attacks or if my cats unplug my router. It's generally a "once in a blue" occurence.
