I keep getting error 90002! Nothing works!

I've tried every fix I can find online for this issue, and it still keeps happening. I'll list off every fix I've tried.
- Reset the router
- Restart my PC
- Turn off windows defender before logging in
- Perform a disk clean up
- Change UPnP from 1 to 0 in FFXIV.cfg
- Make sure Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) are checked
- Disable Large Send Offload V2 (IPv4) and (IPv6)
- Change DNS Server settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for Internet Protocol Version 4 and 2001:4860:4860::8888 2001:4860:4860::8844 for Internet Protocol version 6
- Reinstall FFXIV

I also followed these instructions from another post concerning the same issue back in 2022.
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
- Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
- Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
- Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
- Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
- Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
- Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
- Please RESTART your PC after. Once your PC has been restarted, right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator".

Additionally, please make sure all background applications, including anti-virus programs, are disabled or closed to minimize game interference before attempting to log in.

I am at a loss for what to do to fix the issue because it happens every day and it's making the game unplayable for me.

No, I will not use a VPN.
I play on PC and have a wired connection.
I'm using Windows 11
I only have one character that I play on.
I'm usually able to log in fine. The disconnects happen when I'm doing group and solo content.
The error happens multiple times every day. I usually just give up playing FFXIV after 5 error 90002s.
I use AT&T
The last speed test I ran gave me 79 mbps upload, 19 mbps download, 29.6 ms ping, 1.356 ms jitter

The issue you are describing is most associated with interference with game data. Many actions can trigger this error, such as a slow internet connection, certain security/privacy changes on the default Internet browser, an application running in the background causing interference, use of a VPN or an odd connection (EG: schools or cafes), a possible virus detected on the device, many rapid payments at once, and numerous other actions.

We advise clearing the cache/cookies/browsing data from your default web browser, disabling any web browser extensions (EG: ad-blocker) and trying again. We also suggest resetting the connection (router/modem) you are using to connect to the Internet before trying again.

Open the control panel of the PC and go to ‘Network and Internet’. Once there select ‘Internet Options’
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"

Okay so I tried all of that and none of it worked. I'm still getting error 90002 constantly.

If you have properly configured your router, and you are still experiencing these issues, our next suggestion is to bypass the router, and connect your console directly to your modem. Please ensure that you power down both the modem and the console for at least five minutes before attempting to connect to FINAL FANTASY XIV.

If you continue to receive these same errors when you are connected directly to the modem, then the problem lies with your ISP. We would recommend contacting them and advising them that there may be something interfering with your connection.
