Allow all faces and neck tattoos in character creation

Hi could you please update more faces like 205 for Minfilia and other npc's for players to make there dream Avtar for players that want to look how they want and neck tattoos and custom heads the npc's have like white eyes like a famous npc cat i want to copy heh and other new character creation faces and eye browns i can dye and faces i wanted for years if you could please let players pick more faces and hair styles and tattoos please. :cool:
