Graphic Issue Amiable Elder visible seam line during "Lindblum, We Hardly Knew Ye"

While doing the quest in Living Memory "Lindblum, We Hardly Knew Ye" you follow the Amiable Elder who gives some history notes of Lindblum. During the final part of the quest at Living Memory(15.9 , 13.7) Z: o7, a cutscene plays where a visible seam line around the Amiable Elders neck can be seen. During some of the movements the Amiable Elder makes in this cutscene the seam line become more visible.
Would like to add, im not to concerned with it because, I know that members on the dev team eventually go through the game with a fine tooth code, as well as look into player reports. The main reasons for making this report is that one, I noticed it and havent heard or seen anything about it, and 2, the surprise I had when the benchmark was released and so many people having issues with minute details that I honestly didnt notice till someone pointed them out.
