Steps:
1. Within Earthen Sky Hideout instanced area
2. Weather turns to Thunderstorms
3. Auto-umbrella deploys even though the area is within caverns and not exposed to open sky

Update: it does NOT auto-deploy when the weather is simply Rain, only when the weather is Thunderstorms.
