Suggestion regarding NPC merchants

At the risk of mentioning something that's been suggested before:

I would really have liked to find NPCs in the world settlements selling local food items. I've only seen two so far (selling cherimoya, the fruit in the trailer, and Xibruq Pibil).

When I travel irl, it's a high priority to try local foods. I don't get deep into role-play, but even still I like grabbing some shorlog anytime I'm in the the Steppe. I didn't notice this so much in Endwalker due to the mood of the expansion as we traveled to new areas, but the absence of food vendors hits hard in Dawntrail.

If it's a question of game balance, by no means would selling NQ non-BiS food put Culinarians out of a job.
