Error code: 601
Im writing this using my main account, since i cant log in with
my second account because the problems below.

Okay i've tried to update and add new debit card information for 2 days now.
I even contacted the support and well we didnt do much progress.
after i enter the debit card information, the Global Collect icon pops & starts its animation.
a few seconds after i get this message: (everytime, even when using new debit card information)
ERROR
An error has occurred.
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
(Error code: 601)
Well i have done all that above, i even triple check all information,
and even after multiple attempts its still failing.
- I have also contacted the support before i made this thread,
i did everything the kind support person told me, and im still getting no change in result.
I will try once again tomorrow, but i never had any problems with
adding funds to my second account before.
So how come its giving me problems now?
At first i thought it had somethign to do with the PlaySpan Maintenance,
but its not even related to that since im using a debitcard only.
Besides, according the time schedule, that maintenance is over since many hours.
This debit card option is the only way i can pay a monthly fee for this game,
and everytime it fails to register im loosing the money to...god knows where.
So for the love of god, fix the problem.
