[Environment Bug] Multiple inconsistent lighting in The Derelicts - Eulmore

The Issue:
As I was doing the post EW MSQ, inconsistent lighting in the Derelicts caught my attention. I believe some of these are inconsistencies since they look out of place. Kindly take a look, I tried my best to compile some screenshots, however the weather changed to Gales at some point and I ran out of time to collect more data.
The images will be hidden by spoiler tag to for the sake of organization. I hope this is easy to read. I'll be including the lanterns that I believe function normally and those that don't.
I think the new light engine has potential to create many atmospheric areas but I couldn't help but notice these inconsistencies. Perhaps not all might be bugs, but please look into it! Thank you for your time.
Steps:
1. Teleport to Eulmore and then head to the main aetheryte > Select South East Direlects
2. Wait or set Night time - Tested with around 9:30PM Eorzea time.
3. Visit the coordinates listed below.
Normal Examples:
Coordinates: X:12.4, Y:11.8
Description: Normally lit lantern, it emits a gentle ambient glow.
Coordinates: X:10.7, Y:9.9
Description: Normally lit lantern, it emits a gentle ambient glow.
Coordinates: X:11.3, Y:8.4
Description: Atmosphetic and normally lit lamp post
Inconsistent Examples:
Coordinates: X:9.9, Y12.1
Description: As you can see below, there are same lantern type is inconsistently emitting light. Two examples where the ambient light is absent, while one is present.
Coordinates: X:10.0 Y:11.7
Description: The light emitted by this lantern and the others around it (approx 4 more) is overblown while the lantern itself appears dull. This doesn't give an atmospheric look that utilizes the new lighting engine, instead it looks jarring. A small lantern is emitting so much light despite looking so dull.
Coordinates: X:9.4 , Y:10.2
Description: This tent is lit up from inside despite no lightsource to be seen inside or outside. Two pictures are provided.

Description:Lanterns in shacks/slum area emit alot of light and gives off the feel of a well lit room rather than run down slums. It looks abit jarring. I think it'd benefit from toning down. Like the posts, the lamp is lit but it looks dull and inconsistent with the light source.

Description: The fire is emitting a strange glow yet not casting any ambient light to its surroundings.
