Steps:
Ran up to instance location with our party, each time we tried to enter only a handful of people were able to get in. One of the people that never made it inside was the warrior that flagged the quest. Same server, Warrior 50, Kamon James, same time, location, Highlander, and his connection is high speed DSL (don't know his isp). Whenever we entered the instance, it would load everyone in, then kick a random number of people out. We have two warriors in the party with the quest flagged. Swapping one off warrior doesn't change anything.
