Allow New Characters if One Already is Present

Please. If I have a character on the server already, please allow me to make more and play them on that server.

I've been trying to create a second character for what feels like a year now... but it's always congested and I'm never able to make a new character.

I get it. I totally get why; you don't want brand new people making more congestion and impacting the server if it gets too overloaded.

However, there's absolutely no logic at all when I've already got a character on the server. If I pick that character, or a different character, I'm still just one active person. So where's the harm in allowing me to make another character on that server?

I'm pleading here, haha... if I've already got a character on the server... let me make a new character. I can't play more than one.

What does this have to do with the English localization of the game?
