any way to HW transfer without waiting the 90 days?

Hi, I started playing when dawntrail came out because of my friend who's been around much longer. Due to the congestion I couldn't create a character on the same homeworld, so I made one on whatever was available with the plans to transfer later. Unfortunately am now hit with the 90 day wait time, since it's a new world.
Is there any way to bypass that? It's kidna sad to think that I could have just waited a month, or start over on their world now, and it would be faster than waiting two more months just to join their FC and generally having easier time playing together :(

Unfortunately, you must wait the entire 90 days, there is no way around it.

I would make a new character on your friends Home World if you don't want to wait another 60 days.
