I'm honestly at a loss here. Every so often I'll have times where the game will just become unplayable. People will be moving, freeze in time, and then a few seconds later teleport to wherever they are now and anything I try to do happens on a delay. I checked my internet speed and things and nothing seems wrong and I can't find any answers online. It's a lot like when the AT&T issues were happening. Does anyone else have these kinds of issues?
You are not alone, look for the different threads regarding lagging, freezing, paket loss. Happened for me after patch 7.01. Sometimes not playable.
