[Feedback] Character Creation

I'll keep this brief. Restricting character creation on servers that are congested is terrible for those that already have characters on those servers. This does not prevent congestion in any shape or form because I'll still play on my main on my main server. It just makes for a waiting game to create a new character. It has been TWO MONTHS since I have been able to make a character on my main server. What's worse is that I had friends that wanted to play the game, but didn't because they couldn't make a character on my main server. Upgrade your servers or find actual incentives for people to move to low pop servers. As it stands, this is just incredibly frustrating. Lift your permanent congestion status on every server!
