Bug: Abilities clipping when playing in NA and living in South America

Frequency:Always. Depends on the job and if you single-weave or double weave.

World: Hyperion Primal

Character Name@Home World: Lars Soren @ Hyperion

Monster Name: Striking Dummy LVL 1. It happens with every enemy, used this one just for test and recording.

Class/Level: SAM LVL 100, DRK LVL 100, MCH LVL 90 (showcased in the videos)

Party or Solo: Solo in the videos, also happens when I'm in party

Race: Midlander Hyur M

In-Game Time: ET 22:56, happens regardless of the hour in ET, ST or LT

Area and Coordinates: In all game, video recorded in Shirogane Subdivision Plot 40

Steps: I have recorded 3 videos showing this issue
The clipping issue varies according to the job, it's GCD and if I double weave or single weave. (Most commonly if I double weave, but can happen while single weaving)

This issue is more prominent in MCH, reason why I included that job. If more jobs or material is needed, I'd gladly record it. From the looks of it this is affected by latency/ping, and this leaves players living in South America at a great disadvantage when picking jobs for high-end content where optimal playstyle is required, it also reduces our job selection if we want to raid this content leaving us with just a few options and single weaving.

Double weaving is normal for people living in the US, JP or EU and there are a lot of content creators who play the jobs I showed, and they don't have those issues.
