Any news on the "Imperial Operative Tricorne"?

I'm thinking its from the Garlean stronghold but some people suspect that its a skirmish drop. and there's the "its not in game yet" crowd.

Would appreciate it if anybody would tell us where to get it.

Have you seen anyone wear it? If not I would go with not in game yet and coming with van darnus hard fight

If it isn't in the patch notes, it's not in-game yet.

Pretty sure it will be from hard mode boss fight with the other (ugly) hat and the earring.

Its in the Patch notes. 1.23 near the bottom of the armor section.

is it a stronghold drop like the imperial operative wristlets?
