My FC been around for 30 days and still won't let us buy a FC house and keeps saying can only buy one if FC is 30 days or longer old. Which it is and my FC almost rank 10 now. FC was created early morning on June 28th. FC 32 days old now.

When did you hit 30 days? If you just hit 30 during the current bid cycle, it might not update until the next round.
Looks like they just fixed it. Now I can bid on a FC plot.
