Make Umbral Soul also refresh Thunderhead

It's annoying trying to gauge in dungeons/24mans if people are going to give you 8 seconds of leeway for double-Transposing and double-Umbral Souling to have another Thunderhead ready for the next pull.

I appreciate having it earlier now, not to comment on the state of the job as a whole currently, but if we're going to have a downtime maintenance button it should probably include that.

Also if Flare Star has to be a punishment to make us cast six Fire IVs in a row, then Astral Soul should probably just be a stacking buff that transforms Despair into Flare Star at six stacks.

At cap, Despair currently feels meaningless as an Astral finisher.

frankly i would rather eat the 60 potency loss by using Despair over Flare Star because it is so unwieldly due to it being entirely segregated from the previously established rotation.

I think it'd be cool if Flare Star was something you needed to use in your Ice phase. sort of like how you gain Umbral hearts in Ice phase to use in Fire, you gain Astral soul in Fire to use them in Ice.
Maybe call it Astral Star or something, and have it stack up to 12, but be usable at 4 so we have that one massive attack every time we use Manafont, but aren't punished too heavily for missing a Fire 4.

I'm questioning whether there's any value in having a time limit on the Thunderhead proc, or if there's even any value in it requiring a proc in the first place.

I really don't know what I'd do to make flare star feel good.
The only thing I could think of is making it maybe an oGCD when used in leylines or something if that's possible. Idk if even making it an instant cast or oGCD would even add much, it would just be a movement tool or if it did enough damage something you use to end despair. Honestly feels like they should of just made flare star an instant cast after despair because that feels like the only point youre supposed to use it, using it outside of that feels awkward.
