Recitation does not interact correctly with Concitation

Steps:
1. Activate "Recitation"
2. The displayed MP Cost of Concitation remains unchanged, despite the effect of "Recitation"
3. Cast "Concitation", this does not consume any MP, despite the displayed MP Cost. However if your MP is less than the required MP Cost of Concitation you are unable to cast it, despite it not consuming any MP.
